I still don't have my order from 21 days ago!

I wrote an email this morning to the company asking about the where my order actually is?
Ordered 21 days ago, all other xmas orders made to other companies have arrived and when tracking my order the date just keeps being pushed back, why?
I would rethink the courier company being used as it is damaging to the company.
