All items are subject to availability. Specialty Toys Australia strives to ensure all stock levels are accurately represented, but do not offer any guarantee of accuracy. In the event of a stock level error, we will contact you immediately to arrange an exchange, back-order or refund.

Shipping is Free within Australia for all orders $199 and above to all metropolitan addressess and non-metropolitan addresses with reasonable delivery access. In the event that your order falls outside of what we deem to be reasonable to be delivered for free, we will contact you to discuss options.

Handling for all orders takes 1-2 business days. Delivery will be by a courier of our choice. While we cannot guarantee delivery times by 3rd party services, we strive to choose the most efficient service for your location at all times.
