Claire I ordered based on advertising that said I would receive item before Xmas. I didn’t. I sent an email regarding timeframes and got a nothing reply. I asked for delivery estimates and no reply. I ordered weeks before Xmas on the assumption the gift would arrive as per times promised. Don’t make promises you can’t keep and respond to customer enquires. A toy store should not promise delivery times they can’t keep given how much Xmas and gifts from Santa means to kids.
