If an item is faulty or damaged in transit, you are required to inform us within 7 days of receiving the item.
We will replace, or in the event of replacements being unavailable or insufficient, refund any faulty product or any product which is deemed to have been damaged in transit prior to delivery.If the product is not damaged or defective, we will process a refund for the cost of the product, but the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Where possible, please contact us by email including photos of the item and your order number or invoice number. In some cases, we may choose to replace the item without requiring you to return the faulty item to us. However, we reserve the right to request return of the item and all packaging as it was received.
If photos are not possible, you will be required to post or deliver the item back to us with a copy of the receipt or a note written with the receipt details, and your best contact details.
